Our employees are at the heart of our company, and we pride ourselves on having a strong team of experienced relocation professionals to deliver all aspects of the services we provide. With an emphasis on exceptional in-house support, we are able to consistently deliver the highest level of service to our clients. Our employees are experts in their fields, and bring a wealth of experience to RSS. We have previous school teachers, lettings managers and operations managers from large relocation management companies working at RSS, and we are pleased to be able to draw on the skills and experience of our colleagues to deliver real results for our clients.
We also place an emphasis on building relationships with the employees we are relocating, offering a truly bespoke level of support throughout. This leads to exceptional feedback.
We are dedicated to our team and believe that ongoing training is key, and many of our employees hold, or spend time working towards, relocation qualifications through The Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA), The Association of Relocation Professionals (ARP) and The Global Mobility Specialist (GMS) certificate from The Worldwide Employee Relocation Council (WERC).
RSS maintains ‘in-house’ expertise to deliver all aspects of home search and educational assistance across the UK. This gives us an overall advantage when providing support during the relocation process as it saves time, reduces cost and produces a superior service for the relocating employee. Our employees are encouraged to remember that what is a commonplace procedure for us in the UK, may not be so for a new assignee and it is our role to ensure that we deliver a service that not only adds value but is delivered in a sympathetic, understanding and, above all, constructive manner.
